Elizabeth Cornforth, in the centre of the photo, is flying the flag back in the year 2003. There was a village celebration for a Royal Event in the garden of Mrs.Val Barnaby. Dick Feaster is the onlooker on the right. The other lady on the left is Sandie Reed.

Dorothy Berriman and her family have been residents of Cropton for a long time. She has seen massive changes in the village over the years.

Cropton village has been very fortunate to have many helpers with the village events. Here we have from left to right, Olga Aconley, Doris Gill, Joan Wood and Pauline Slaughter in the kitchen of the village hall before it was renovated.

Is this the picture of total concentration?  Richard Peacock is an handy bowler indeed and he holds the current record score at the Cropton Bowling Club.

The record does get bigger every time he mentions it!

There was a good crowd at the Bring & Buy sale in the Cropton Village Hall on Saturday 16th February 2008. Can you spot a few of the locals?

A ten year old Norman Headley. The photo was taken in Hutton le Hole in 1935.

Jean & Dick Feaster celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary on 5th April 2008. Here is the Wedding Day photo back in 1958. They were married at St.Gregory's Church, Cropton.
